Regional Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Lead to join our dynamic team at Lyssé. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our West Coast presence, attracting new clients, and driving sales in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage wholesale sales for current accounts and develop new business opportunities with independent boutiques.
- Engage with existing and potential online retailers and grow our department store partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Territory Director to regularly assess shipments, orders, sales, stock levels, and merchandising.
- Lead sales initiatives by scheduling, managing, and executing market activities within the showroom to drive business with current clients.
- Focus on acquiring new clients, organizing events, reaching out to companies and organizations to enhance brand visibility, and driving marketing and sales efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Apparel, Business, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or wholesale.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time.
- Access to a vehicle suitable for transporting collections.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong sense of style and polish, with a passion for relationship-building.
