Job Summary: As a key member of the AirCo Air Conditioning team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with builders and homeowners. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUILDERS AND HOMEOWNERS TO DRIVE SALES GROWTH.
  • Operate in a dynamic environment and make timely and sound business decisions to achieve targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for personal growth and development.
  • Ensure profitability and targets of contracts and projects are controlled, understood, maintained, and maximized.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze financial reports.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Familiarity with financial reports and ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
