Program Manager for Developmental Disabilities

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Developmental Disabilities program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human services, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of Person Centered Plans for program participants.
- Manage the supervision of full-time and part-time staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a human service field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 401K with company match, profit sharing, paid leave time, and access to cafeteria plans.
