Staff Development Trainer and Personnel Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Development Trainer and Personnel Support professional to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering training programs to maximize employee productivity and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide support to supervisors and staff on HR-related matters
  • Manage new employee orientation and onboarding process
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and contractual standards
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • One year of experience in classroom teaching or training delivery
  • Knowledge of human resource policies and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily in an office setting
  • May require travel to other sites and locations

Compensation:

  • Starting salary approximately $22.21/hour
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some flexibility
