LivaNova, a global medical technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative II to join our Cardiopulmonary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing equipment in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment within scheduled time frames.
  • Sell service business within the territory and work closely with sales to maintain a strong LivaNova presence.
  • Provide corrective maintenance on equipment within assigned territory.
  • Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded in the performance of services provided.
  • Responsible for all assigned company assets, including tools, test equipment, inventory, and documentation.
  • Complete timely paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks per organizational policy and procedures.
  • Maintain an action plan of personal development and training through goals and objectives to improve job skills and overall industry and product knowledge.
  • Responsible for maintaining financial cost effectiveness within the assigned territory.
  • Work effectively with coworkers, other departments, and customers.
  • Communicate accurate technical findings to enable thorough analysis of problems, root causes, and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Requires high level of organizational and territory management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage self.
  • Requires consistent performance in the ability to use logical methods to identify and solve equipment-related problems.
  • Demonstrated strong interactive people skills, a high degree of customer relations skills, and the ability to relate well to a wide variety of people.
  • Strong focus on customer relations and timely resolution of problems.
  • Demonstrated accountability for field service administrative tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relating to solving equipment problems.
