About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team at Crimson Technologies. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Verification and Booking: Verify and book supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Debt Management and Dunning: Monitor due dates and manage debt collection to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Direct Debit and Payment Processing: Coordinate direct debit payments and process payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Payroll Accounting and Administration: Prepare and execute payroll accounting tasks, including DATEV processing.
  • Contract Management: Create and process company customer contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support to Personnel Management: Provide administrative support to the personnel management team, as needed.
Requirements
  • Commercial Training and Experience: Possess a successfully completed commercial training, preferably with specialized further education.
  • Professional Experience: Bring several years of professional experience in accounting and financial transactions.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate independent, team-oriented, and meticulous working habits.
  • Technical Skills: Possess excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
