We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Finance Executive to oversee the financial operations of our hotel(s). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in hotel financial management, ensuring profitability and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations for the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and hotel industry accounting standards.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Develop and maintain financial strategies, cash flow management, and investment planning.
  • Supervise and lead the finance team, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set budgets and manage expenditures.
  • Conduct internal audits and work with external auditors as needed.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and presentation of financial statements.
  • Monitor and manage risk, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial performance metrics.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
