About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including account management and issue resolution.
  • Manage and track shipments, including complex domestic and international operations.
  • Process and analyze operational data, identify potential issues, and resolve them with the appropriate teams.
  • Interface with carriers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and track shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and effective work environment.
  • Prepare and process invoices, and review for operational accuracy.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
