Engineering and Technical Assistant

**Job Description:** Antenna Research Associates, Inc. is seeking an Engineering and Technical Assistant to support our systems engineering team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Support the systems engineering team in developing system designs and requirements specifications.
- Assist in conducting limited scope test plans and gathering data for engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and subsystems.
**Requirements:
- Attending a two-year or four-year college working toward a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
- Adaptability, communication, dependability, ethics, initiative, job knowledge, quality, and skills listed below.
**Salary:** Estimated salary range $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
