Nursing Director

At Pinnacle Treatment Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to lead our nursing team and drive our mission to provide comprehensive treatment services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of the nursing team and program, ensuring that all nursing services are delivered in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Lead and manage the nursing team to optimize and accomplish organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with license and credentialing requirements
- Participate in monthly clinical, quarterly administration, and strategic planning meetings
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Quality Improvement Plan and overall policy compliance
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a full unencumbered license in the state seeking to practice
- Bachelors in nursing (BSN)
- Two (2) years of management experience leading a team
- Must possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier
