About the Role

This position is responsible for providing maintenance support to the production equipment at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Repair and maintain welding equipment, fabrication machinery, and paint equipment as needed.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance duties on company vehicles, including refueling, oil changes, and tire checks.
  4. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work at heights.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and fluctuating temperatures. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
