Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome customers as they enter the store and assist with inquiries related to products.
  2. Manage pricing of merchandise and implement changes as directed by management.
  3. Restock and organize products on shelves as per store guidelines.
  4. Assist in the receiving and organization of incoming shipments.
  5. Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
  6. Handle incoming calls and provide appropriate responses.
  7. Process customer transactions using the cash register system.
  8. Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction records.
  9. Manage customer returns and exchanges effectively.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  2. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Strong customer service skills are essential.
  2. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
  3. Capability to stand for extended periods.
  4. Frequent bending and twisting required.
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  2. Familiarity with FFL requirements for firearm sales is highly desirable.
Work Environment
  1. Retail setting with varying temperature conditions.
  2. Flexible work hours may be necessary.
Tools and Equipment
