Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of security personnel
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, including complex situations and a diverse team
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate security programs, policies, and guidelines
  • Direct and implement the overall day-to-day operations of the security department

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years in security management experience or 20 years in law enforcement
  • NYS Licensed Security Officer
  • Broad knowledge of safety procedures, access control, physical security, and security management
