The successful candidate will lead the security architecture efforts, ensuring robust security controls across network, cloud, platforms, infrastructure, and application layers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement full-stack security architectures across network, platform, and application layers in AWS environments.
- Lead the security management for high-volume distributed cloud workloads, ensuring best practices for protection and resilience.
- Define and manage security controls within a DevSecOps framework, including Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Oversee and coordinate vulnerability scanning processes and remediation of identified CVEs.
- Build and maintain threat detection and observability platforms using cutting-edge tools to ensure constant protection.
- Provide guidance to SRE teams on building automation solutions to maintain secure cloud operations.
- Develop and maintain security incident response plans, ensuring swift action during security events.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to foster a security-first culture and provide training on best practices.
- Conduct and lead regular penetration testing efforts, ensuring the remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Experience: 7-10 years in AWS cloud architecture with a focus on large-scale deployments.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech./MCA).
- Certifications: Certified AWS Cloud Architect and Certified AWS Cloud Security Architect.
- Cloud Security Architecture: Expertise in designing and implementing security solutions for AWS infrastructure.
- Kubernetes Security: Strong experience securing Kubernetes clusters and microservices, including access control, secret management, and container security.
- Prisma Cloud Integration: Deep knowledge of integrating Prisma Cloud for comprehensive security monitoring and governance.
- SIEM Management: Proficiency in managing SIEM tools to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.
- DevSecOps Best Practices: Strong experience implementing DevSecOps practices, such as secure CI/CD pipelines and automated security testing.
- CVE Remediation: Ability to lead vulnerability assessments, evaluate risks, and drive timely remediation efforts.
- Penetration Testing & Incident Response: Hands-on experience with penetration testing and incident response, ensuring the safety and compliance of cloud systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate security requirements and collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
- Agile/Scrum Experience: Previous experience working within Agile or Scrum projects is a plus.
Work model: Remote/Hybrid (occasional visits in the Krakow office).
