Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configuration, implementation, and support for Genesys Cloud solutions
  • IVR APIs, Lambdas, Data Actions, and other integrations from Genesys Cloud
  • Interaction flows including ACD, IVR routing rules, data tables, flow outcomes, and milestones
  • Administration and support of Genesys Cloud solutions
  • Collaboration with internal partners to analyze project objectives and capability requirements
  • System administration support related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, and custom objects
  • Designing, developing, and testing solutions for projects of moderate to significant complexity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with designing and developing on Genesys Cloud and Genesys Cloud Architect
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and Genesys APIs
  • Strong developer skills using AWS Lambda, Git, CI/CD, REST, and SOAP API
  • Knowledge of computer software applications, operating systems, telephony systems, and hardware
  • Genesys Cloud experience including AWS Lambdas, Genesys Data Actions, and Genesys Cloud APIs
  • Genesys Cloud certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of SIP Protocol implementation and support
  • Network administration and support experience
