  • Developing and implementing evidence-based practices
  • Coordinating care to meet patient needs and discharge requirements
  • Mentoring and supervising colleagues to enhance their skills and confidence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, currently licensed in the State of New York, or permittee
  • Minimum of 2 years critical care or emergency room experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
