Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Nurse Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care or emergency room nursing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. They will possess excellent communication skills, a basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care
  • Collaborating with the MD and other members of the healthcare team to perform treatments and procedures
  • Documenting patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Actively participating in quality performance and improvement initiatives


Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Current licensure in the State of New York
  • Minimum of 2 years critical care or emergency room experience
  • Basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice
  • Positive communication skills

This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
