Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in customer service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Check in members and their guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Book court times, training appointments, and group fitness classes.
  • Maintain positive relationships with members and guests, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with cleaning and straightening of the pro shop, as well as inventory controls and sales of merchandise.
  • Promote upcoming events and programs to members and guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including blended smoothies and pre-assembled items.
  • Pour wine, beer, and liquor, as well as other beverages.
  • Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
  • Serve food to customers seated at the bar or in the lounge veranda area.
  • Clean up after customers and maintain a clean work area.
  • Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays.
  • Help manage inventory of beer, wine, and other beverages, smoothie juice and add-ons, snacks, and bar supplies.
  • Enforce all rules, policies, and procedures at the club.
  • Follow and complete all opening and closing procedures established by the club.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous point of sale experience preferred.
  • TABC certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • Food Handlers license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and speak English required.
  • Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Computer proficiency, including POS, Microsoft Office applications, and social media.
