Wholesale Fashion Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Wholesale Fashion Business Developer. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic brand, develop strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth through effective communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to fashion trade shows across the US to showcase our brand and build relationships with buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, both in-person and via email.
- Follow up with customers to create new orders, re-orders, and extensions, as well as provide detailed information about our new collections.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing creative solutions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with our warehouse and production teams to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Conduct business analysis to identify best-selling styles, growth indicators for new accounts, and show reports to maximize sales opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience in the apparel industry, preferably on the wholesale side.
- Ability to excel in high-pressure situations and find innovative solutions to problems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and drive sales growth.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Free travel across the continent for trade shows, experiencing major US cities firsthand.
- Above-average commission earning potential, with a base salary of $48,000 - $70,000 BOE (Could be higher).
- Bonuses for hitting sales goals, both at trade shows and for personal sales.
