About the Role:

As an Optometrist, Part-Time Professional at Warby Parker, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional eye care services to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to perform comprehensive eye exams, ensuring accuracy and precision in diagnosing ocular conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough eye exams, adhering to Warby Parker's protocols and standards of care.
  • Take precise measurements and diagnose ocular conditions with utmost accuracy.
  • Communicate complex eye health, eyewear, and prescription terminology to patients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and effectively convey features and benefits to patients.
  • Represent Warby Parker as a brand ambassador, educating and engaging patients to establish our brand as a leading vision service provider.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and be licensed in the state where you will practice.

Compensation and Benefits:

Warby Parker offers a competitive salary range of $75—$86.73 USD, based on relevant experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details will be discussed during the application process.
