HVAC Sales and Service Development Specialist

Join Our Team of ExpertsWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales and Service Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for promoting our value proposition to building owners and end-users, providing business and technical solutions to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to cultivate and manage long-term relationships with assigned accounts
- Sell and promote Johnson Controls' HVAC service agreement offerings, including multi-year agreements
- Build partnering relationships with building owners and decision-makers to drive sales growth
- Differentiate Johnson Controls' services and products from competitors through creative and innovative sales approaches

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
- A minimum of one year of successful field sales experience in HVAC, construction, building systems, or related industry
- Three years of experience selling HVAC service or building automation systems
