About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to join our team at Texas AirSystems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling commercial and industrial HVAC air distribution equipment and systems to owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, accounts, and manufacturers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet customer HVAC air distribution system design and installation requirements.
  • Effectively communicate bids, negotiate value, and close sales to meet customer needs.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects, focusing on selling HVAC equipment, service, and systems.
  • Build partnering relationships with customers and manufacturers, understanding their business needs and speaking their language.
  • Support and assist in accounts receivable collection processes.
  • Address customer operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements, and sell solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and inside sales support staff.
  • Assist in the development of the sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, or related field, and 5+ years of account management and leadership experience.
  • HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering, or Construction industry experience is a must.
  • Excellent initiative, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to influence others.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, deal with ambiguity, and manage high-volume projects.
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
