Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain phone communication.
  • Support social media initiatives and community engagement efforts.
  • Provide administrative assistance to team members.
  • Help in creating marketing, sales, and recruitment materials, which may include drafting letters, printing promotional materials, and preparing gifts.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or retail is preferred.
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a sense of responsibility are crucial.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. A High School Diploma is required.
