Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments.
  • Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and assist with minor surgical procedures.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
  • Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring.
  • Provide patient education on medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment.
Requirements
  • Valid certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
