Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide / Caregiver to join our team at Isle at Watercrest Bryan, a luxury style assisted living, memory care and extended care community in Bryan, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Provide routine resident care in accordance with Federal, State and Company nursing policies and procedures.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Ensure adequate nutritional and fluid intake is provided and assist residents as needed.
  • Assist with meal service and feeding residents.
  • Report any change of patient condition or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Utilize standard precautions and infection control procedures.
  • Prepare resident progress notes and submit in a timely manner.
  • Perform other procedures as delegated by the licensed nurse and within the scope of nurse aide responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Aides must have current state registration.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of communication techniques, infection control, safety, body mechanics, and age-related differences when providing care.
  • Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
  • Able to read, write and comprehend English.
  • Must complete an annual training.
  • One year experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years old.
