Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Placement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Month-End Closing: Follow the established month-end closing timeline to guarantee precise and prompt financial reporting.
  • Expense Management: Oversee and uphold the accuracy and functionality of expense reporting systems. This includes validating, approving, and entering expense claims, training staff on expense procedures, and acting as the primary contact for user support.
  • Vendor Oversight: Evaluate and manage data from external suppliers to ensure adherence to corporate policies. Update and create vendor profiles as necessary.
  • Reconciliation Tasks: Conduct reconciliations related to employee receivables, credit card transactions, prepayments, fixed assets, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Application of Accounting Standards: Utilize accounting principles to prepare and maintain financial and business transactions. Suggest enhancements or modifications to accounting practices and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in accounting software applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Experience in vendor oversight and financial reconciliations.
