Description

The Community Manager is directly responsible for overseeing the exceptional customer care and stellar service for the community, residents, and staff by managing the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness. The Community Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the property including administrative, facilities, and marketing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at a community in (Victorville CA.) . This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits 

Pay Range: $28- $32 / Hour

You have experience with affordable properties You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community You have a good working knowledge and can execute professional level leadership and customer service skills You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation You can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written You have a passion for helping others You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
