Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic financial leader to drive our financial operations and planning as Vice President of Finance. This role involves overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the financial health of the organization, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth, including expansion of clinics and service offerings.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing. Oversee cash flow management, investments, and capital expenditures.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Serve as the primary financial liaison to the board of directors, investors, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses.
  • Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential acquisitions or mergers. Evaluate and negotiate financial terms and contracts.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. CPA required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with multi-clinic operations or specialized medical services.
  • Proven experience working closely with RCM to ensure efficient financial operations, optimize revenue streams, and maintain financial health.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and healthcare compliance.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Experience with NetSuite financial reporting software desired.
Compensation
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. $170,000 - $185,000 annually.
