Business Office Manager Opportunity at Morada Meadow Lakes
Morada Senior Living is a leading senior housing operator with a strong presence in Texas. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at Morada Meadow Lakes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including cash controls, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for resident move-ins, move-outs, and ancillary charges.
- Oversee the maintenance of daily cashbooks, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, and monitor financial statements.
- Coordinate the processing of accounts payable, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Prepare and enter journal entries, maintain sub-schedules for Balance Sheet accounts, and review financial statements.
- Manage team member, resident, vendor, and financial accounting files in accordance with established policies and requirements.
- Interface with residents on billing and collection issues.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of resident files, records, and reports.
- Manage community Human Resource functions, including new hire orientation and payroll processing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with one year of experience as an Accountant, or
- Associates degree in Accounting with two to three years of related experience.
