Associate, Client Support Specialist

About the Role:
The Client Operations team is responsible for delivering exceptional client support on our business intelligence tool. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality data, functionality, and product support to our clients. This involves conducting investigative conversations, driving product usage, and promoting revenue growth.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Providing timely and accurate support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effective workflow management, including logging and tracking information in our systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex cases and improve operational efficiency.
- Developing and delivering client trainings and persona-based workshops to enhance product knowledge.
- Participating in user acceptance testing efforts to ensure our products meet the highest standards for client experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
- Prior client-facing experience and strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
