Job Summary

Perfect Timing Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and administrative policies.

This is a 100% onsite position that requires a strong understanding of employment laws and guidelines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least eight years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and resolving employee relations issues
  • Managing the recruitment process for non-union positions
  • Creating position specifications and sourcing candidates
  • Administering compensation plans and policies
  • Preparing and maintaining salary data and job documentation
  • Completing salary survey questionnaires
  • Arranging non-union training and learning opportunities
  • Developing HR policy and ensuring documentation
  • Participating in budgeting and performance standards

Salary range: $160,000 - $220,000.
