Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects with expertise in analysis, scope finalization, estimation, technical design, implementation, and management.
  • Manage IT infrastructure operations, including physical and virtual servers, networking connectivity, phone systems, storage networks, and help desk support.
  • Develop and implement scalable, cost-effective technology solutions for the organization.
  • Manage a team responsible for help desk and backup activities, IT training, and service patches.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of IT, including incident management, problem management, change management, vulnerability management, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in a technology field or equivalent working experience.
  • 5+ years of expert experience in managing IT infrastructure operations.
  • Expert experience in network devices and infrastructure, including Juniper or Cisco and Windows servers.
  • Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with routing, firewalls, Windows, and Mac.
  • Experience with network security and monitoring tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience in a multi-location environment.
  • Team player with a high level of dedication and commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
