With over a decade of growth, our division has secured major projects, including the $350 million North City Pure Water Facility in San Diego at the $200 million Groundwater Replenishment System in Orange County.

Job Summary:

This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure of the city. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine duties, displaying knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Under general supervision, performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.
  • Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
  • May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Water/Wastewater project experience.
  • Heavy civil construction experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year depending on experience and/or education.
