About the Role

Nautilus General Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, supervise, and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare project budgets, manage cash flow, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, communicate project progress, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.
  • Skill Set: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in project management software, and knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
