- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers.
- Process and manage customer orders, including entering purchase orders and providing expected shipment dates.
- Work with customers to resolve issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enter customer complaints into the system and facilitate communication between customers and Tegra Medical.
- Receive and review requests for quotations on existing or new products.
- Work with supply chain to schedule orders in alignment with customer request dates and current manufacturing lead times.
- Monitor customer open orders and contact customers as needed for new purchase orders.
- Generate updated quotes for customer products and enter new customers into the system.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and negotiate possible solutions to problems that occur during manufacturing.
- Assist the Customer Care team with coverage, call center inquiries, order entry, and job launch processes.
- Support the AP department with follow-up inquiries on overdue invoices.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- A minimum of three years of related experience in a customer service setting, including order entry and return processing.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication skills, accurate typing skills, and a high command of the English language.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make strong decisions, and handle confidential information.
- Strong service-oriented attitude, professionalism in communications, poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and order entry systems.
