Job Description:

This position involves leading a team of professionals providing mental health services to individuals and families in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience with program development, staff supervision, and clinical oversight, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing administrative and clinical supervision, conducting staff evaluations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, including managing client records, completing assessments, and providing direct clinical services. They will also be expected to collaborate with the Director and Company Owners to ensure overall service and operational compliance.

Ongoing Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for program operations
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff
  • Conduct staff evaluations and develop strategies for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage client records and complete assessments
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients
  • Collaborate with Director and Company Owners to ensure overall service and operational compliance

Requirements:
- Licensed LPC or LCSW in Texas
- Proven experience in program development, staff supervision, and clinical oversight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals
