Ambulatory Care Nurse Leader Position in Plano, Texas

As an Ambulatory Care Nurse Leader, you will play a key role in providing leadership to front-line staff, collaborating with clinical managers and practice administrators, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this critical position. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of nursing practices and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical experience, with a preference for those with leadership experience. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required, and a current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas is essential. BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association is also required.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership to front-line staff and collaborate with clinical managers and practice administrators.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and monitor key metrics to solve ongoing problems.
- Develop and maintain positive physician relations and ensure direct reports' timecards are accurate and complete prior to bi-weekly payroll signoff.
- Maintain knowledge of unit-specific super users and ensure they remain qualified and proficient as a super user.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
