We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Spine Team Texas in Allen, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.

About Us

At Spine Team Texas, we are dedicated to providing conservative pain management solutions for patients with back and neck pain. Our founder, Dr. David Rothbart, founded the practice on the principle of avoiding surgery as the initial solution. We have a team of carefully selected pain management experts who have helped many patients find relief from their pain.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, to ensure that our employees can provide for themselves and their families while pursuing their passion for helping others.

Job ResponsibilitiesRadiographic Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing x-rays on patients as ordered by physicians, maintaining active communication regarding patient status or progress with health team members and healthcare providers as appropriate, and adhering to all HIPAA regulations.

  • NCT registration in the State of Texas is mandatory.
  • CPR certification must be possessed and maintained.
  • Maintaining continuing education and documentation is essential.
  • Experience with x-ray equipment is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary, including the ability to present information effectively to senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • The ability to plan and execute work projects is crucial.
  • Independent and collaborative work ethic is expected.
  • Proficient communication in English, both written and verbally, is necessary.

The Radiologic Technologist will also be responsible for maintaining dosimetry logs and safety reporting to governing agencies, working closely with staff, patients, and physicians to ensure the highest quality of care for all Spine Team Texas patients, and participating in Spine Conference when required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position may require lifting patients when necessary during daily job functions. Standing for extended periods while assisting patients with therapy is required. The ability to work under pressure is necessary, and tasks may involve exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.
