Job SummaryThis role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small office in Folsom, while also providing key support to the company's top executives. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate monthly corporate events and trainings across the country, including invitation creation, RSVP tracking, and liaison work with trainers and hotel teams.
- Manage databases, including telephone directories, registration lists, and contact lists.
- Assist the CEO, SVP, and Leadership Team with various tasks, including calendar management, mailing projects, and expense tracking.
- Handle facilities issues, such as Wi-Fi, printer, and technology breakdowns.
- Coordinate vendors for office maintenance, repair, and cleaning services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for phone calls to the general inquiry line.
- Assist in planning and coordinating office events and outings.
- Coordinate and execute multiple heavy mailing projects.
- Support executives with miscellaneous projects and assignments.
- Establish and implement office policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Hotel experience preferred.
ConferenceDirect is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $67,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.
