Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small office in Folsom, while also providing key support to the company's top executives. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate monthly corporate events and trainings across the country, including invitation creation, RSVP tracking, and liaison work with trainers and hotel teams.
  • Manage databases, including telephone directories, registration lists, and contact lists.
  • Assist the CEO, SVP, and Leadership Team with various tasks, including calendar management, mailing projects, and expense tracking.
  • Handle facilities issues, such as Wi-Fi, printer, and technology breakdowns.
  • Coordinate vendors for office maintenance, repair, and cleaning services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for phone calls to the general inquiry line.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating office events and outings.
  • Coordinate and execute multiple heavy mailing projects.
  • Support executives with miscellaneous projects and assignments.
  • Establish and implement office policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Hotel experience preferred.
