About the Role:
In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth transitions for new clients who have chosen to place their business with our client. Working closely with our Sales and Customer Service departments, you will take charge of the entire process. This is a temp to hire position with advancement opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Send paperwork to customers for signatures
- Accurately update our internal systems to match details with customer company records
- Problem-solve using data entry and logic to ensure every detail is correct
- Communicate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless client experience
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
- A knack for identifying and resolving discrepancies
- A team-player attitude with a customer-first mentality
- Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and systems
- Knowledge of MS Office and 1-2 years of administrative experience
