Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery Operations Manager to join our team at Canarchy Holding Co LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of brewery equipment, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Installation and Upkeep: Manage the installation, repair, and upkeep of various brewery equipment, including brewhouse and cellar equipment, canning and bottling lines, keg washers and fillers, pumps, motors, chillers, boilers, gas lines, air compressors, equipment controls, malt delivery, and more.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all quality standards are met for maintenance operations at our facilities, and that all equipment is running at its full potential with a minimum amount of downtime.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Maintenance Operators and Technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure that all team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all contractors working at our brewery are doing so in accordance with our safety requirements and quality standards, and that all equipment is properly maintained and operated to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Experience: 3-5 years' production facility experience
