This individual will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our EHS programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols
  • Manage and investigate workplace incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. environmental science, safety engineering, industrial hygiene)
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, as well as industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to EHS challenges
