About the Role

As a Program Management Specialist at the Puerto Rican Cultural Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our program.

The successful candidate will have experience working with community organizations and will be able to develop effective partnerships with key stakeholders.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in hours worked, including evenings and weekends. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementing program protocols and procedures
  • Providing leadership for all project activities
  • Oversight of program-specific worksites
  • Creating and monitoring internal reporting methods
  • Reporting progress to funders and senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
  • Experience working with community organizations
  • Knowledge about HIV and LGBTQ+ issues
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Flexibility in hours worked
