Job Title: Program Management Specialist

The I AM ABLE CENTER FOR FAMILY DEVELOP is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Specialist to oversee the Clinical Oversight of our Mobile Crisis Care System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and assisting with programmatic leadership to ensure the effective delivery of crisis services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to therapists and clinical case managers.
  • Assist with programmatic leadership to ensure the effective delivery of crisis services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including law enforcement officers, hospitals, and medical providers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Project Director regarding service provision and effectiveness.


Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
  • Three years post-masters experience in social services or healthcare setting.
  • At least two years supervisory experience.


We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
