Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Relationship Manager III to join our team at EverBank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our most complex business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an active prospect list, outreach plan, and referral sources to drive new business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a comprehensive suite of commercial loan and deposit solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and supervise junior associates, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of credit relationships, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support.
  • Represent the bank at industry and community functions, building relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to introduce our clients to new products and services.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of cash and accrual financial statements and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Commercial Lending Officer in the C&I space.
  • Knowledge of commercial credit, banking products, and risk analysis.
  • Ability to develop business relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
