Job Overview
">This is an exciting opportunity to join HP Indigo as a senior leader, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth across the US, Canada, and Latin America. As the Customer Success Director, you will lead a large team of full-time and contract employees, overseeing multiple functions within a multidisciplinary organization.

In this role, you will be accountable for the operational success, strategic alignment, and integration of activities with other major organizational functions. You will set the strategy, policy, and direction for the organization, owning end-to-end P&L accountability. Your expertise will be sought after by executive management to inform the strategic direction of the business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Driving service growth targets
  • Distributing financial and human capital for programs and solutions
  • Ensuring timely and effective delivery of the services segment business
  • Developing forecasts of the service's resource requirements
  • Evaluating business performance, monitoring market trends, and analyzing competitors' offerings

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will require advanced degree experience, typically 14+ years, in Service Business Management or a relevant area. Additionally, you should possess superior ability to provide service business management consultation to senior managers, along with exceptional skills in management of people and business relationships. Strong leadership and staff development skills are also essential.

Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000 annually, including additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity. The base pay range may vary based on work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, long-term/short-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, life insurance, and generous time-off policies, including 4-12 weeks fully paid parental leave based on tenure.
