Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities, ensuring a well-structured and engaging curriculum.
- Provide daily classroom management and program operations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all children.
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting social-emotional learning and character growth.
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and Head Teacher to achieve program goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Family Service Worker certification a plus.
- One year's experience in a childcare setting preferred, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff.
- CPR and First Aid certification required; valid Hawaii driver's license and clear driver's abstract necessary for travel and transportation.
