Job Title: Lead Caregiver

Child and Family Service is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Caregiver to join our Early Head Start Program team. As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for planning and implementing daily curriculum, supervising classroom staff and volunteers, and ensuring the effective administration and operation of the Early Head Start classroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement daily curriculum for the Early Head Start Program
  • Supervise and guide classroom staff and volunteers
  • Ensure effective administration and operation of the Early Head Start classroom
  • Provide excellent care and education to children aged 0-3 and their families
Requirements:
  • Four-Year College Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working with children aged 0-3 and their families
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work as a team member and maintain a positive attitude
