Job Summary:

The Car Sales Consultant at Hertz is responsible for facilitating the sales and finance process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting lot operations and omni-channel sales. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sales and finance process, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support lot operations, including vehicle merchandising, inventory management, and lot organization
  • Utilize sales skills and techniques to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong CRM output
  • Collaborate with the finance team to achieve strong Finance and Insurance PVR
  • Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, and transport cars to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and maintained
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Car Sales Experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to succeed in a global matrix organization
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
