Role Summary: The Residential Leasing Specialist serves as the primary liaison for residents and potential residents, managing all aspects of leasing and resident relations, including customer service, lease documentation, follow-ups on maintenance requests, marketing initiatives, and resident engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and lease available units, achieving occupancy targets by managing waitlists.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents, handling inquiries and office visits professionally.
  • Utilize property management software for leasing operations and maintenance tracking.
  • Create virtual tours and maintenance tips using relevant applications.
  • Support the Leasing Manager in achieving occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resident events and marketing efforts, including vendor management and promotional activities.
  • Manage lease documentation for move-ins and move-outs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct inspections and follow-ups to maintain community standards and resident satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new office personnel as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment: The role involves both office and community engagement, with occasional exposure to environmental conditions.

Physical Requirements: Regular communication via phone and email, extended periods of sitting, and occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
